2026 pre-week 1 planning phase

Hey! First post here for the 2026 challenge (LFG!) :flexed_biceps:t2: :woman_lifting_weights: I can’t recall the exact name of the category but I think it is beginner + muscle gain. I am currently weak and missing muscles and not fit but ready to have a strong start to the year! I am awaiting my delivery of supplements and today will sort out my workout schedule for the 12 weeks. Next task is the BEFORE photos!

Anna as part of the challenge are we supposed to submit photos weekly, or only weeks 1 .& 12?
