30-Minute EMOM:
EMOM stands for “Every Minute on the Minute.” At the start of each minute, you perform a specific exercise or set of reps, then rest for the remainder of the minute. This cycle repeats for a set duration (e.g., 10–20 minutes). It’s time-efficient, builds endurance and strength, and can be tailored to any fitness level.
- 10 Alternating Snatches
- 12 Push Press
- 16 Kettlebell Swings
- 10 RDL Into Bent Over Row
- 20 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 10 Burpees
- 20 Slow Mountain Climbers
- 20 Press Ups
- 45s Cardio Machine (Ski Erg, Bike, Row or Run)
- 1 Minute Rest
