30-Minute EMOM:

EMOM stands for “Every Minute on the Minute.” At the start of each minute, you perform a specific exercise or set of reps, then rest for the remainder of the minute. This cycle repeats for a set duration (e.g., 10–20 minutes). It’s time-efficient, builds endurance and strength, and can be tailored to any fitness level.

  1. 10 Alternating Snatches
  2. 12 Push Press
  3. 16 Kettlebell Swings
  4. 10 RDL Into Bent Over Row
  5. 20 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  6. 10 Burpees
  7. 20 Slow Mountain Climbers
  8. 20 Press Ups
  9. 45s Cardio Machine (Ski Erg, Bike, Row or Run)
  10. 1 Minute Rest
