### There’s **£12,000 in cash prizes** available across TRANS4M with PER4M.

To keep things fair, participants are split into **three tiers** :

- Beginner

- Intermediate

- Advanced

Each tier is judged **separately** , so you’re only compared against people at a similar starting point.

### 🏆 Prizes Per Tier

- **1st Place:** £2,500

- **2nd Place:** £1,000

- **3rd Place:** £500

That’s **£4,000 per tier** and **£12,000 total**.

Judging is based on:

- Overall transformation

- Consistency and effort

- Adherence to the challenge

- Visible progress over the 12 weeks

This is not about who started the fittest, it’s about who commits and transforms the most.
